Return & Cancellations

At Zenith Plus International Ltd, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30-day returns policy for eligible products, subject to the conditions below.

For most online purchases, UK consumers also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their goods. This is separate from our voluntary 30-day returns policy and does not affect your rights if a product is faulty or not as described.

For returns under our voluntary 30-day policy, products should be unused, in their original condition and returned with their original packaging where reasonably possible.

These additional conditions do not restrict your statutory consumer rights.

Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights where a legal exception applies, including sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

This exception is assessed according to the product and its packaging. Sale items are not automatically excluded from statutory cancellation rights.

Your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible.

For eligible online orders, you can exercise your statutory cancellation right within 14 days after receiving the goods. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return them.

For valid statutory cancellations, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving acceptable evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Any applicable refund of standard outbound delivery charges will be included in accordance with UK consumer law.

For faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for direct return postage costs where this has been communicated before purchase.

Where goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, Zenith Plus will cover reasonable return costs where required by law.
